Helps a family build strength, stability and self-reliance
Building homes for low income families in need
We've built affordable housing across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our recent projects have seen homes built in Drouin, Geelong, on the Mornington Peninsula and in Yea. Our biggest affordable housing project is the Yea Heights Estate development at Prospect Rise, Yea.
Prospect Rise, Yea
The Yea Heights Estate development (page banner image) has its origins in our desire to assist families affected by the 2009 Black Saturday Bushfires. After developing the site and connecting all required services, we have now built 15 affordable houses on this affordable housing estate which provides “a place to call home” for our partner families and their children. We plan to build another 6 houses and complete the project by mid 2020.
In February 2018 we acquired a new parcel of land in Crib Point, on the Mornington Peninsula. Plans for the development are currently in the town planning process, with hopes to begin the project very soon. We are excited to partner with the local community to build homes and hope for more Victorian families.
