Habitat for Humanity Victoria is pleased to announce our next major Affordable Housing Project on the aptly named 15-17 Home Street in Bayswater.

 

In a unique new venture, we are partnering with four like-minded groups - Emmaus Christian Community, Stable One, and Servants Housing - to develop a 3100m2 land into dedicated affordable housing for families and individuals who are doing it tough.

We envision building 6 double-storey three-bedroom units on 15-17 Home St. Four of these will become home to Habitat Partner families through our Affordable Home Ownership model.

Additionally, Habitat for Humanity Victoria will also oversee the building of 11 smaller units on 203-205 Bayswater Road. These units will be leased out to Stable One and Servants Housing for their short to long term affordable rental model, which you can read about here.
